Fighting with 3G today

Verizon swears that there are no remaining service issues but since yesterday my phone internet has been pretty sketchy. Some web pages simply don't load past, say, 10%. Hoping to reprogram my phone and have that fix it. It is sort of a catch all problem fixer and rarely does much good but it's always worth a try...

Dial *228 and then when you hear the voice try picking option 2. Then I usually pull the battery out and reboot the phone.
